On Our first night in town, we feasted like kings at a restaurant near Taksim Square on historic Istikal Street. Shannon and I shared the Kepab plate full of meats and grilled vegetables with mezes on the side. So far, this restaurant on Istikal Street in Beyoglu has the best bread I’ve had so far while in town. It wasn’t too dense and it wasn’t too crisp. It was just right to compliment the mezes and meats.
